Who we are

What we collect

Through this website we collect only what you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide one, your location, the type of role you are enquiring about and whatever you write in the message field. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about whether we can help. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list without asking, we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone, and we do not use what you send us to build prospect lists for other clients.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or marketing scripts. Nothing on these pages is loaded from an external service.

If analytics is added later, this section and the site must be updated first, and a consent mechanism may be required depending on the tool and your visitors' location.

Who sees your information

Enquiries are received by our team and handled by the people who need to respond to them. Because our delivery team is in Pakistan, information you send may be accessible to our staff there. If you are an Australian business, note that your own obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 — including Australian Privacy Principle 8 on cross-border disclosure — apply to any personal information you later choose to disclose to us as part of an engagement. We cover how we handle that on our compliance page, and we will sign written data-handling terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you about them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ultimatekonnect.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are in the United Kingdom.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top.
