Outsourced sales and admin for installers

Four years running outreach for solar, battery, hot water, air conditioning and refrigeration businesses across Australia — New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and beyond. We know the market, the schemes and the objections — so your callers aren't learning on your leads.

The problem we usually get called about

Installs land in a batch. The whole team drops everything to deliver them. Nobody is calling, nobody is following up the quotes from three weeks ago, and the compliance paperwork stacks up. Six weeks later the diary is empty and it starts again.

Outbound only works when it is somebody's actual job. That is the gap we fill.

What we run

Pipeline, sales and the paperwork behind it

Take one piece or the whole journey. Most installers start with appointment setting and add the admin once they see what it frees up.

Lead generation

  • Outbound cold calling to your target areas
  • Database reactivation on old and lost quotes
  • Email marketing and nurture sequences
  • Google and Meta ads, plus SEO
  • Inbound enquiry response inside minutes, not days

Sales & appointments

  • Qualification against your eligibility criteria
  • Appointment setting straight into your diary
  • Quote follow-up and objection handling
  • Full sales cycle where you want it handed over
  • Clean CRM records on every contact

Admin & operations

  • Liaison between installers and customers
  • Booking, rescheduling and route coordination
  • Rebate and compliance paperwork chased through
  • Supplier and subcontractor coordination
  • Post-install follow-up and review requests
Programme literacy

The schemes that shape your pitch

Rebate and certificate programmes differ state to state and change more often than most sales scripts do. Here is the landscape our teams are briefed on.

NSW Energy Savings Scheme
ESS · New South Wales
Energy Savings Certificates for verified reductions. Covers lighting, HVAC, motors, refrigeration and hot water. Administered by IPART, legislated to 2050.
NSW Peak Demand Reduction Scheme
PDRS · New South Wales
Rewards demand reduction at peak times rather than total energy saved. Covers battery storage and air conditioning. New activities from September 2026 open up apartment, small-business and commercial battery work.
Victorian Energy Upgrades
VEU · Victoria
Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates through Accredited Providers, regulated by the Essential Services Commission. Extended from 2030 to 2045, with rising annual targets.
Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme
SRES · Federal
The federal scheme behind rooftop solar and, through Cheaper Home Batteries, household storage. Solar deeming steps down every year and the scheme ends in 2030 — so “later costs more” is a fact, not a sales line.
Last reviewed August 2026. This is a plain-language summary for context, not advice. Scheme rules, eligibility and incentive values change, and several 2026 changes were announced policy at the time of writing rather than settled rules. Always check the current position with the scheme administrator — IPART for the NSW schemes, the Essential Services Commission for VEU, and the Clean Energy Regulator for federal certificates — before relying on it commercially.
Why installers use us

Growth doesn't have to mean another local hire

More enquiries, more quotes, more customer questions, more admin, more follow-up. The instinct is to hire. But an installer's constraint is usually process, not headcount.

When salespeople spend their day updating spreadsheets instead of speaking to customers, or a manager is buried in paperwork instead of planning the next stage of growth, the opportunities that get lost never show up on a report. They just quietly go to a competitor who answered faster.

The follow-up gap

Most installers invest heavily in generating enquiries and then lose them in the hours after they arrive. Every hour a lead sits unanswered while your team is on a roof reduces the chance it converts.

The businesses that win consistently are rarely the ones spending the most on marketing. They are the ones with the capacity to respond quickly, qualify properly and follow up without being reminded.

FAQ

Renewable energy questions

Do you know how the state schemes actually work?

Well enough to brief a caller properly and keep them out of trouble. We have run campaigns tied to the NSW ESS and PDRS and Victoria's VEU. We are not accredited certificate providers and we do not give scheme advice — we generate and qualify demand for the businesses that are.

Can you qualify against eligibility before we send a rep?

That is usually the point. Postcode, property type, existing system, ownership, decision-maker — your criteria go into the script and the CRM fields, so a booked appointment means something.

Do you sell leads to more than one installer?

No. We are not a lead broker. We work as your team, building your pipeline in your CRM. Nothing we produce for you goes anywhere else.

Can you handle the paperwork as well as the selling?

Yes, and for many installers that is the more valuable half — chasing documents, coordinating installers and customers, keeping the compliance file complete.
